With your permission, AlphaLink can provide online, remote support.
We will take control of your computer and fix
your computer problems or simply watch you as we
guide you through fixing problems.
Please close any confidential documents or
programs before you provide us access. You
will be asked to RUN a small program and give us
either "full control" or "read only control",
depending on the level of support you require.
Once we are finished, all temporary files will
be automatically removed from your computer.
We cannot gain access again unless you let us.
